ECONOMY ANALYSIS
 Nifty ends near day’s high; Sensex rallies 318 points
 RComm surges 4% on JV talks with Citic Telecom
 SBI net profit down 7.8% YoY to Rs 3041 crore; stock gains over
    10%
 ITC Q4 PAT rises 18% at Rs 2278 crore; stock gains
 Ashok Leyland rallies 10%, hits 52-week high

MARKET ANALYSIS
 The Nifty extended gains for second straight day and ended the week
     above 7,350 led by gains in power, capital goods, oil & gas and banks.
 The 50-share index ended at 7,375.25, up 98.85 points or 1.36 per cent. It
     touched a high of 7,381 and a low of 7,293.90 in trade today.
 The S&P BSE Sensex closed at 24,693.35, up 318.95 points or 1.31 per
     cent. It touched a high of 24,745.86 and a low of 24,470.78 in trade today.
 SBI (up 10.28 per cent), Tata PowerBSE 6.33 % (up 6.99 per cent), Jindal
     Steel (up 6.39 per cent), IDFC (up 5.70 per cent) and Maruti (up 5.53 per
     cent) were among the major Nifty gainers.
 Kotak BankBSE -1.46 % (1.58 per cent), HDFC BankBSE -1.63 % (1.57
     per cent), Hindalco (1.48 per cent), ITC (1.39 per cent) and InfosysBSE -
    1.31 % (1.38 per cent) were among the index losers.
 The market breadth was positive on the NSE with 1112 gainers against
     453 losers. foreign institutional investors sold shares worth Rs 294.99
     crore while domestic institutional investors were net buyers worth Rs
     203.07 crore on Thursday as per the provisional data from the National
     Stock Exchange.
