Market's momentum very weak, Nifty went down 3 Dec, 2015

Share tips

Today's market momentum seems to be very weak, but it dosen't may not mean traders should look at shorting the index.

The index has strong support at the 7,900 level, which is evident from the huge concentration of Put OI, which stands at 28.31 lakh contracts. The Nifty50 came under selling pressure at higher levels, which pushed the index below its very crucial psychological support level of 7,950 towards the end of yesterday's closing session.

Moreover, the trend seems to suggest sideways movement. Traders should look at shorting the index only if it convincingly slips below the 7,900 level in today's trade. If the index starts trading below the 7,900 mark, traders can look to cut long bets, say experts. A sustained move below hit price 7,900 will take the index towards 7,850-7,800 levels, they told.

 Sunil Mittal will take pay cut for undertrials

MARKET ANALYSIS
 The market rebounded after a fall in previous two consecutive sessions, closing the November F&O expiry above 7850 level on hopes of passage of Goods & Services Tax (GST) Bill in Winter Session of Parliament. Positive global cues and short covering on expiry day also pushed market higher today but November series was disastrous for the market. Equity benchmarks closed near to their psychological levels (7900 on the Nifty and 26000 on the Sensex). The 30-share BSE Sensex was up 182.89 points or 0.71 percent at 25958.63 and the Nifty rose 52.20 points or 0.67 percent to
7883.80.

 Sun Pharma gained 4 percent after the company and its subsidiary dropped their plan to invest in wind energy business. Brokerages upgraded the stock after a sharp fall in November. With upgrading stock to buy and revising price target to Rs 815, JM Financial believes that current stock price largely factors in negatives like Halol warning letter. Barclays has upgraded Sun Pharma to overweight from equalweight, given the favorable rise reward following the 40 percent share price decline from its peak in April 2015.

Free stock tips : Asian markets edge up as relief bounce continues 1 Oct, 2015

http://www.researchvia.com/stock-futures/Free stock tips : Today, Asian stocks edged up as world wide equities found breathing space after their worst Q(quarter) in 4 years, although caution over China Purchasing Managers' Indexes due later during the session limited gain.

Stocks of Asia took heart from an overnight rally on Wall Street, where the S&P 500 gained 1.3 per-cent & the Dow rose 1 per-cent as bargain hunters scooped up beaten-down shares.

China's official manufacturing PMI due at 0100 GMT is estimated to show factory activity shrank for a second straight month in September. This report will be followed by the final readings of September month's Caixin/Markit manufacturing & services PMIs at 0145 GMT.

Free stock tips & updates : Asian markets slide halts 30 Sep, 2015

Free stock tips

Free stock tips & updates : Global equities are closing in on their worst quarter since 2011 year, with a number of factors fuelling fears in an already jittery market, including weak world wide growth, driven by deacceleration in growing markets, particularly China.

We highly recommend overweight positions in equities of Japan & Europe. South Korea's Kospi dropped 1 per-cent while Australian shares earned 0.3 per-cent.

Japan's Nikkei brushed aside an unbelievable drop in the country's industrial output and gained 1.6 per-cent. It was still poised for a 14 per-cent drop over the quarter, its deepest since 2010.

Asian stocks took an early positive lead from Wall Street, which locked slightly more overnight as the US bourses took a breather, with the newely round of China fears that gripped global markets petering out for the moment.
